How does billing actually work?+
You're billed once a month for the plan price (e.g. ₺6,500 for 50 washes). On the 1st of each month we send a single e-Arşiv invoice with line items per wash, driver, vehicle and location. Unused credits roll over up to 1 month.
Can my drivers wash at any car wash?+
At any WashIQ-onboarded wash in Türkiye — that's 280+ locations and growing. Drivers see the nearest ones in the app; they show a QR code and the credit is deducted instantly.
What happens if drivers use more than the plan?+
Two options: (1) overage washes are billed at the regular per-wash rate on next month's invoice, or (2) you set a hard cap and the app refuses extra washes. You choose per team.
What about KVKK / data privacy?+
All data is hosted in Türkiye, KVKK-compliant. You're the data controller for your drivers' info; we're a processor. You can revoke driver access and export all data with one click.
Do you integrate with our accounting software?+
Yes — we export to Logo, Mikro, Netsis and standard XBRL/CSV. Enterprise plans get a direct API + webhooks. Most ERPs are 10 minutes to wire up.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
Month-to-month by default; cancel anytime before the 25th and you won't be billed the following month. Annual contracts get an extra 10% off the per-wash rate.
